Cocoa Facial Mask

Cocoa strengthens the elasticity of your skin, reducing fine lines, wrinkles and the appearance of scars. It also helps to bring back skin moisture and keep your skin moisturized.

Directions: Mix together a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder with a tablespoon of coconut oil to form a paste. Apply to clean, dry skin and leave the paste on for 15 minutes. Wipe off mask with washcloth and rinse your face with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Basil Leaf Facial Steam
Basil is good source of antioxidants, and reduces puffiness caused by inflammation. It soothes irritated throat, and unlocks a stuffy nose. Basil can help relieve anxiety and depression, and increase your ability to think clear.

Directions: Add basil leaves to 2 cups of steaming water in a large bowel. Covering your head with a towel, take the steam for 5 to 10 minutes. Steam your face once a week for the best results.

There is no specific recommendation for how often someone should wash their hair. The average person washes their hair every 3 - 10 days. If your scalp is itching, smells sweaty, or there's flaking due to dirt, then those are all signs that it's time to wash your hair!

Choose a shampoo that your hair type response well too.

Use a gentle water pressure to massage the Scalp and roots of your hair.

Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in the palm of your hands and then work it into your roots

Rinse out all of the shampoo

Apply the conditioner and leave in for 5 to 10 minutes.

Rinse out conditioner with cool water
